Quick Overview – Styling Secrets Course

Here’s the short version of our Terms & Conditions (full details follow below):

  • Refunds: You can get your money back within 14 days if you’ve watched less than 20% of the course (about 8 videos). After that, no refunds are possible.

  • Apple/Google Purchases: If you paid via the App Store or Google Play, you’ll need to request your refund through them.

  • For Your Use Only: You can’t copy, share, or resell the course or my styling method. It’s for your personal use only.

  • Retailers & Paint: Recommendations are UK-based, may change, and I can’t guarantee stock, colours, or results.

  • Facebook Group: I reply to questions during UK working hours and aim to respond within 3 working days (but I do take holidays!).

  • Support & Opinions: All advice is personal and subjective — you make the final decisions for your home.

  • No Guarantees: I can’t promise a particular outcome (like how your room will look or feel), but I’ll give you the tools and guidance to make the best choices.

  • Respectful Space: The Facebook group is a supportive community. Anyone who’s disruptive or offensive can be removed.

  • 6 Months Access: You keep access to the course for 6 months from your sign up.

1. Introduction

Welcome to Styling Secrets. By purchasing or accessing this course, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before enrolling. If you do not agree, you should not access or use the course materials.

2. Refund Policy

  • We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee provided you have watched 20% or less of the course content (equivalent to 8 videos).

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 14 days of purchase.

  • If you purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play, you must arrange any refund directly through those providers.

  • After 14 days, or if you have watched more than 20% of the course, no refunds will be issued.

3. Intellectual Property

  • All course content—including videos, written documents, linked resources, checklists, templates, and my signature styling method—remains the intellectual property of Popfox Interiors.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, share, resell, or use this content to create your own courses, workshops, or commercial offerings.

  • Access is provided for personal, non-commercial use only.

4. Course Content & External Resources

  • All recommendations—including retailers, paint swatches, Pinterest boards, and trade discounts—are offered in good faith but may change over time.

  • Retailer links, paint brands, and sourcing suggestions apply primarily to mainland UK. International availability and pricing may differ.

  • Trade discounts are subject to confirmation by the supplier at the time of purchase and cannot be guaranteed.

  • Pinterest boards are offered as a bonus. I cannot be held responsible for technical glitches or changes outside my control.

5. Disclaimers & Limitations

  • This course is designed for homeowners and enthusiasts seeking inspiration and education. It does not replace professional architectural, building, or safety advice.

  • Colours, finishes, and products shown may appear differently depending on lighting, device screen, or availability.

  • I cannot be held responsible for:

    • The performance, safety, or quality of any third-party products or retailers suggested.

    • The final results of any paint colours chosen or applied.

    • Any loss, damage, or dissatisfaction arising from decisions made based on course content.

  • All opinions shared by me or support staff are subjective and intended as guidance only.

6. Community Participation

  • Access to the private Facebook group is included for the duration of the course.

  • I aim to respond to queries within 3 working days (Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm UK time) but may take longer during busy periods.

  • I reserve the right to take up to 5 weeks of planned holidays from social media per year. During this time, responses may be delayed.  Other nominated parties may also offer your advice in my absence, or during busy spells.

  • Respectful communication is expected at all times. I reserve the right to remove any member from the group without refund if behaviour is disruptive, offensive, or harmful to others.

7. Access & Duration

  • Your purchase grants you 6 months' access to the course materials unless otherwise stated at checkout.

  • I reserve the right to update, modify, or remove sections of the course to keep the material relevant.

8. Payment & Taxes

  • All prices are listed in GBP and include any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

  • Payment is required in full at the time of purchase unless a payment plan option is provided.

  • If you are using a payment plan, you agree to complete all payments as scheduled. Access may be suspended if payments are missed.

9. Results Disclaimer

  • Styling results will vary based on your home, budget, and personal effort. I do not guarantee any specific outcome, such as an increase in property value or a particular aesthetic result.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Michaella Prince t/a Popfox Interiors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this course or reliance on its content.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Scotland and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.

12. Updates to These Terms

I may update these Terms occasionally. Any updates will take effect immediately upon posting on the course platform. Continued use of the course indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
